Is this site safe to use?

Yes! Our payments are made through secure Stripes and PayPal. No one, not even our staff, is able to see any of your payment details except your shipping address and billing address so we know where we can ship your products to.

Where do you ship and how long does shipping take?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

XoEndowed cannot be held responsible for any customs charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. XoEndowed is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Are your products authentic?

Our products are extremely close replicas of the authentic product. Our products come directly from our factories from our suppliers. As a result, we are able to offer high-quality products at competitive prices.

Where are my items coming from?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

I ordered multiple products but I only received one. Why?

We ship out your orders separately based on the weight so our valued customers don't have to pay customs fees. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Items may not have been shipped out immediately which may be due to one of the following reasons:

- The item being on back-order

- A delay with the delivery company

- Location of the warehouse that the product was sent from

- Customs delays

If you have not received your other item(s) after the two weeks, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.
